Privacy, in plain English.
I keep this simple because my business is simple. I don't run ads, I don't sell data, and I don't collect more than I need to talk with you.
Last updated June 26, 2026.
What I collect
Only what you hand me. If you book a call, fill out a form, request the playbook, or email me, I receive what you type — typically your name, email address, phone number, your market, and whatever you tell me about your situation. I don't buy lists or quietly track you around the web.
How I use it
To do the thing you asked for: reply to your message, hold our call, check whether a market is available, send you the playbook, or send the occasional essay if you subscribed. That's it. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
The services that help run this site
A few trusted providers process data on my behalf, each under their own privacy terms:
- Netlify hosts the site and delivers form submissions to me.
- Cal.com handles call scheduling when you book a time.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses.
These providers see only what's needed to do their job. Cal.com may set its own cookies inside its scheduler. The site itself doesn't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Email and unsubscribing
If you join the newsletter, you can unsubscribe any time — there's a link in every email, or just reply and ask. I'll take you off the list.
Your choices
Want to know what I have on you, or want it deleted? Email afaitel@yahoo.com and I'll take care of it. This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious. Questions about any of it? Reach out — a real person reads it.
